Postres

Hoy he probado el frosting y he seguido probando una y otra vez, ¡qué rico!.

I've been thinking what I could made for dessert for tonight.  Two days ago, I decided that I would make Tiramisu.  It is very easy to make and it is delicious.  I am quite afraid of the moment I have to carry it to my parent's home.  I hope I have no accident with it.

Once I was starting to prepare tiramisu I decided to bake a carrot cake as well.  I put only wholemeal flour because I have still not received the flour I've being waiting since Tusday !! (a nightmare).  Then I didn't have enough olive oil or other oil.  I've also add less sugar.  In the end the cake has come out ok.  Maybe a bit dry because of the lack of oil and white flour.  But I am not worry because I've made frosting and this is delicious!!. When I cook I ususally have to remind myselft to taste everything.  Not this time.  Once I tasted the frosting, I tasted again and again.  It is really good.  I usually don't make frosting because they had lot of sugar and extra calories but being today a special day, why not.  I make the frosting with cream cheese, a bit of butter, icing sugar and a bit of orange and lemon juice.

I am sorry about the photos.  I've tried to take them as good as I could, but the light wasn't any good.

The last thing is Rocky Road.  I used chocolate (cacao 70%).  This is not very common in Spain, but I did it sometime ago following what I have read on internet and I did like it a lot.  The small jar is for me.

What I have to remind my family is that we DON'T HAVE TO EAT EVERYTHING TONIGHT, there's also tomorrow and the day after tomorrow...
